I commuted to nursing school and listened to the cd's while driving. The information is current and the stories told by the lecturers helped me remember lessons much better than a strictly facts-only lecture. I enjoyed listening and learning at the same time while I drove and wasn't bored at all. Not only did it help me pass the NCLEX but it helped me pass individual classes because I would listen to the lectures that pertained to the specific class I was taking.The information in the supplemental written material is just about everything I was tested on in nursing school. Because I was driving I didn't use the written material while listening to the lectures - it is not needed to understand the lectures but there is a wealth of information that was a huge help when I did my final NCLEX review. I paid $200. for the review from Amazon and feel that it was worth it. I am now an RN and in my professional opinion, this program was well worth it!

This review was incredibly helpful! It was really nice to review NCLEX topics on long road trips. I thought the instructors did an excellent job touching upon important NCLEX topics in an entertaining way that helped keep my attention. Kenya did an excellent job relating academic topics to practical experiences in the clinical setting. The reviews helped me to go into the NCLEX with confidence, and helped me to focus my studies as I reviewed my other review materials and nursing books. I've already passed the NCLEX, but I still listen to some of the review material to refresh my memory.
This was nice but it broke in the wind and we had it 6 months only.
I am in a bridge program. This review at times seems more informative than my review program. It covers everything.I would definitly recommend it you cant go wrong.
I bought these CDs as i am in nursing school i listened to them in my car everywhere i drive to they already gives me confidence since i am am lpn i kind of know a little what to expect and these CDs are great i like listening to kenya of all the way she explain you must remember i can hear her vioce in my head,they also helping me with my class work . i would recommend these CDs to anyone the pharmacy 6 CDs are great too.
2 stars the booklet but for the cd audio review i could only give no stars at all. The booklet is helpful but the audio review is just terrible. The reviewer seems like she's just reading and not really explaining why this happens when you have this disease. I thought it would be very helpful for my upcoming exam but oh well i have no choice i just gotta stick to it. Piece of advice, don't get the 2015 version.
I struggled all throughout my nursing program and had the 2nd lowest scores in the class consistently. I worked a ft and 2 pt jobs and commuted over state lines 5 days a week which resulted in very little retention of the material. I took the Kalpan's review and did several practices CD's with 1,000 questions by Lippencott and Saunders. Those methods worked for my classmates but not for me the first two times I took my boards. Finally I heard about the H.F. Review from my classmates who attended the live lecture but I was moving out of state and couldn't attend so hesitantly I purchased the CD packet. I downloaded the lectures to my iPhone and read the packet and finally passed my NCLEX. The green booklet is like 100 something pages and an easy read with straight up facts that you will need to know to pass. I listened to the CDs over & over especially the basics like cardio, electrolytes, respiratory etc. Also the book gives a super amazing page (just 1) of prioritization that will help you pass. The info is concise, not like reading a 300 pg nursing encyclopedia. I've been a nurse now for 2 years. Needless to say I highly recommend it.
Not that great....I bought this and the Feuer pharmacology review. I was disappointed...the information was OK but I found other brands to be more solid. I ended up re-selling my copy as used to get rid of them.
